This has got to be the most pitiful Sonic ever. The workers are extremely rude and the service is the worse. Didn’t get all of our order and then was treated like I did something wrong because I expected it. Waited another 15 mins and finally stopped a car hop and asked for the missing items and got them. Do better !!

The staff seemed sweet, but the food was subpar. Chicken strips were dark brown, the Texas toast was stale white bread. Never bothered with the gravy, and it would have been nice to have napkins with my meal. On the bright side, the coke I had was descent as they were out of DP. Not sure if I will go back, probably not.

It takes way too long for the order to come out, when ordering ahead in the app. Order should have been ready for pickup at 11 AM, according to the app. It was nearly 10 minutes after 11 when the order arrived. The vehicle that arrived after us, and ordered at the stall, received their order before we did.
Went on my lunch break. Took my food back and discovered it was wrong. Ordered a cheeseburger, ended up with a fish sandwich and no time to take it back. Be a while before I visit again and then I will check it while the carhop waits!

Arrived at 11:20pm from a long trip and the kids got hungry so I had to stop somewhere and we chose Sonic. We got to the stall and they let us know they couldn’t take orders at the moment, granted they weren’t rude but we pulled around to find somewhere else and saw the staff sitting outside in the back. Luckily Wendy’s was open.
