It takes way too long for the order to come out, when ordering ahead in the app. Order should have been ready for pickup at 11 AM, according to the app. It was nearly 10 minutes after 11 when the order arrived. The vehicle that arrived after us, and ordered at the stall, received their order before we did.
I will go here most times just so I don't have to wait a long time there wait time is usually not very long and the food is great I usually don't have any problems with the service though I would love for the cheddar bites to come
I placed an order got 3 burgers & 5 pretzel twist. The burgers were made completely opposite ordered 2 with no onions & cheese. 1 burger no cheese. They put onions on the 2 cheese burger's & no cheese & put cheese on the 1 with no tomato cooks were not reading the order correctly. Called the manger she was very sweet & apologetic & is giving us 2 new cheeseburgers.
