I can’t about the food but the service that I received on 12/16/25 around 8 o’clock was absolutely terrible. Employees lack customer service skills. They sat my food on the counter and walked away as if I knew it was mines. Do better people!!!

I recently moved from Texas i have been to Wendy's in rayville Louisiana atleast 3 times & will NEVER go back da food is always old or cold , they getto as ever . My kids came to visit me & went to Wendy's worst experience ever .
Still waiting on chili but no one here can count change

The turnover rate here is high. You go in and everything is clean and the food is great and everyone is wonderful. Then you go in a month later and the food tastes like it has been sitting in the warmer all day, the fries are cold. The staff could care less if you have been standing at the register for 5 minutes and the Frosty machine is out of order. I am a Truck driver, I like the atmosphere of a truck stop and cold fries seems to be the norm, but to be ignored while the staff just sits behind the counter laughing and playing is a bit much for me.
