Restaurant was dirty, tables not cleaned off. Fountain drink area and ketchup station was disgusting! Stopped in for a quick bite on our way home from long road trip. Food was less than stellar.

Service wasn't the greatest. The manager sat there flirting with the security guard for like 3 min before she acknowledged that I was standing right next to her at the register. My main complaint is that they forgot to put napkins in my bag. As a trucker the last thing we wanna do is make another trip back inside cuz the employee forgot something they was supposed to give you. Napkins should go in everyday no acceptions.

Everyone was ghetto talking, and talking about inappropriate topics one of the guys walked up to a female customer and said some very inappropriate things. Also I wanted the new mushroom burger and the lady at the counter told me they no longer were making them for the night however there is no literature on the menu that states it stops being made after 11pm and I was there at 11:05 seems like someone is just cutting corners

Shelby, the cashier, was the best ever and friendly. The other workers made sure everything was fresh. And they were all happy, and you know your food was made with love ❤️ this Windy's has always had good food it seems

I was in the drive thru and Dominique told me I had to come inside to place my order. There was no one in line. I was confused to why. So I go inside but before I get out of the car there are cars in line and he took their order in the drive thru. So when we get inside there is no one at the counter to take my order and then a young lady comes, washes her hands and come to take the order. She was very nice unlock the rude drive through worker. I asked him why did we have to come in to take our order and he said it was no one at the drive thru , very nasty. And then he said the monitor wasn’t on (another lie) and then he said I could have gotten back in line. Now why would I get back in line behind 3 cars when there was no one in line. And he literally just walked off from me without an explanation. Very bad customer service. On top of all of that the burger was cold.

Bread is rock hard in places. Food not lined up reasonably or cheese able to melt because sausage wasn’t very warm. When we asked if we could add a tea we were told no, that we’d have to get back in line at the drive through, then she slammed the window shut.
