The food is always hot and fresh tasting. I've never had an issue with an order, even though I know some have. I guess that just happens in the industry and it's a very busy location.
The turnover rate here is high. You go in and everything is clean and the food is great and everyone is wonderful. Then you go in a month later and the food tastes like it has been sitting in the warmer all day, the fries are cold. The staff could care less if you have been standing at the register for 5 minutes and the Frosty machine is out of order. I am a Truck driver, I like the atmosphere of a truck stop and cold fries seems to be the norm, but to be ignored while the staff...
Awesome! The young man Dominique Lawson (Nuck) is what you called an outstanding waiter/cashier. No matter whether he at the front counter or window, he has a smile, order is correct, respectful, friendly, and quick. I love every time I go, and he is working, I'm guaranteed to have great service. Thanks Dominique for your hard work and dedication.
