What ever manager in the blue polo was working 1:30 to day was rude. Not only that but I initially waited on my order for 15 minutes, and she only brought me half of my order( 1 order of fries and a large drink).I brought the recipt to the counter and she ignored me. When I was finally able to tell her, she continued to make other orders besides mine. By that time I waited 30 minutes in total for my food. I would under stand if they were busy, but there was not drive through line, and 5 customers inside. Horrible service!

This is a sorry place to be a fast food when the service sucks you sit line for over 10 minutes to get food and then you would get asked to move up to the next window and they still get your order wrong

It's a McDonalds with competent workers and about as good as you can expect for food quality. I eat at this location on Airline in Kenner often because I work down the street. For a McDonalds, this is one of the best.

Just got done with this experience. There was a manager and person taking the orders. I ordered a meal and originally added a French fry to it. I asked to please take off the extra fry and give me a large fry with the meal. The order taker said she would need a manager to take it off. Ok fine. So I pull around and they verifyied that yes I wanted the extra fry off and a large fry with the meal. They repeated “so you want the extra fry off”? I said yes and paid. So as I pull ahead, they changed the fry to large and left the meal alone so I was charged 3.59 for a large fry in addition to my meal. I explained to the lady at the food window and she understood. She gave me the correct order in food that I wanted and went to the cashier to get the difference. Then the order taker came to argue with me. Then the manager came to true with me. Then the manager asked me for the change back to give me a refund. Why would I need to give them money to figure out the difference??? Can’t they do the math, as they had the receipt. Out of frustration, I told them that this might be the worst customer experience of my life, I have worked in the food industry my whole life and you give the customer why they ask for. I told them that I hope them their their store is always messing up and they are always late with the food, that I am never coming back, maybe never to another McDonald’s ever. Keep in mind I paid for the extra fry and only got one fry.
Since when I it ok to argue with a customer about a simple misunderstanding? National is gonna her about this. This is a stain on their corporation.

I pay too much of hard earned $ for this? & yall want $20/hr? Hell, i even had to tell a machine with my finger on what i wanted to order so i did half the freaking job. Unbelievable. Done with this store of pure laziness.

Please fire the employees working the drive thru on 9/7 at 9 pm. They are incredibly rude to me and not worthy of a job at McDonald’s. They refused to get my to go order that was at the counter even though I went through the drive thru. They are appalled at me asking if it was a possibility of getting my order at the drive thru despite it apparently being at the counter inside. Please train your employees and fire these people,

On 9/7/2024 I drove thru the drive thru after placing a to go order and they tried to get me to come inside to pick it up because they didn’t want to give it to me through the drive through. What a joke……. The drive thru worker finally went to get it from the front counter which took 30 seconds. Never go to this McDonald’s it’s the worst. The workers on 9/7/2024 were terrible. So rude..

20 minutes of waiting for an apple pie and some fries. 20 minutes! Without warning or notification, they just leave you waiting in the car as if you were not worth anything as a customer or as if your time was not important. People who work go looking for fast food, read fast food well! Besides it not being fast, it has terrible service, they leave you standing, they ignore you and you have to raise your voice to be heard, terrible service and not even an excuse for the inconvenience.
