I usually go to this Smoothie King all of the time . I noticed that my discount was not applied, so I let the cashier know . Madison. called over the manager who told me the refund process is complicated . After that I asked for a full refund , which took literally two seconds . I can’t believe she refused to help me and I am a faithful customer .

I ordered the vanilla yogurt delight and I can’t enjoy it because everytime I sip I have an ice chunk in my straw. Definitely needed to be blended more.

The staff are fantastic, the smoothie bowls are amazing, I love this new coco colada bowl. It is so awesome! ? I usually get the PB swizzle, I love their PB. The base ai very tasty and the fresh fruit is delectable. Love every bite.

Went by today for a Pineapple Surf. Haven't visited SK in some time. It was not the same and not good. The "smoothie" was sickenly sweet, liquidy, with no discernable fruit. Ingredients were supposed to be: Strawberries, Pineapples, Kiwi Apple Juice Blend, Turbinado, Dairy Whey Blend. All I could taste was sugar, dairy, juice and a hint of pineapple. Where are the strawberry and pineapple bits? It made me angry. Hence my review.

She then proceeds to ask me if I want to put the tip on my card? I'm like, what? Did this girl really just ask me for a tip? I went ahead and rounded up to the nearest dollar...but I normally pay a tip in cash. Usually $5.00, but not today. Management really needs to stop this practice from happening. Tips are not something employees should expect or depend on for their well-being. That is the employers job to pay a living wage. I'll be skipping this stop from now on and will get my smoothie at the Clearview location on my way home.

this locations smoothie bowls are really good, and delicious. sometimes they give you a lot of fruit, sometimes they don’t. fruit tastes fresh!customer service is a 5/10, they are nice at the intercom but don’t really speak at the window.. i don’t want to make it a race assumption, butttt ya knowwww it’s Harahan lol..& they never give napkins?? i have to ask every time, but for the most part it’s okay.

The smoothie is always TOO watery.Once the smoothie was totally liquid. It has been this way since moving from River Ridge to Harahan. So disappointing. I go to another location and so far no problem. I just do not go much any more, I'm in Harahan and the other locations are not as convenient.

Since moving to the area I’ve come to frequent this smoothie king often maybe once a week at most. However, when I went Saturday this just left a bad taste in my mouth. I always tip every time I go but this particular day, I actually didn’t have cash on me and just needed a smoothie as I’ve been sick for a week. However when I pulled up to the window the girl who was rude btw on the mic asks me if I wanted to add a tip to my card?When I told her no, she took longer to give me my card and smoothie without a receipt. I tipped after in cash but the point is why would you even ask me that?Im no longer going there I’ll just make the longer drive to the one on Clearview.
