Went there for the first time tonight. Food was excellent! There were seven of us and everyone said it was great. Highly recommend. We are from Harahan so we will be eating here quite often.
Really I think my expectations were to high. Love the atmosphere ordered the grilled salmon. Salmon and asparagus were halfway under cooked both. The cooked portion was fantastic and mashed potatoes. The server was very nice she offered to bring it to the back to finish cooking but I said no thank you because I had already ate from it.
I stopped by Sophie’s today for a late lunch and had a fantastic experience. I chose to sit at the bar, and I have to say, the bar area is both stylish and inviting — a great spot to relax and enjoy your meal.
The staff was friendly and attentive, and my waitress mentioned that one of today’s specials was softshell crab. They offered it as a delicious BLT or as a pasta dish with a creamy shrimp sauce. I opted for the pasta, and it was absolutely incredible...
