a worker with brown highlighted hair, short.. heavy set Mexican, she was trying to lock the door before closing time, but my girlfriend and I beat her to the door.. she said “hey welcome” but didn’t look at us and had a rude tone.. she didn’t say thank you or anything when we left all I heard from her is “put it on the scale!” And she locked the door right when we stepped out.. they close at 8.. it was 7:20 and I decided to sit outside in the car and eat with my girl..a couple walked up and was wondering if they were open and she refused service.. while they don’t close until 8.. she was rude.. the food and store is so cute but her vibe is terrible.. 0 customer service and no training. After spending 40$ at your store you can be at least decent to us.

Pros: it's fro yo, good variety of flavors (I had cake batter) has indoor and outdoor seating Cons: they were playing creepy piano music, like in a spa. No thanks. If that's a corporate or owner decision- stop subjecting your staff and customers to that! Lol I'm glad it was cool enough to sit outside. The stale-est gummy bears ever. They were almost crunchy. The cold changes the consistency, but it's not supposed to like this. First time in my life I've ever encountered it. The other toppings (Oreos, cookie, cookie dough) were fine.

The vegan vanilla was not good. They should offer regular vanilla. 4 yr old didn’t like the taste. Also cheesecake had no taste as well. The cheesecake bites that I put on top had more taste than the yogurt. Other than that the place was set up for back to school and had a photo op themed back to school.

This establishment is very clean and the employees are very personable and efficient. The yogurt is delicious BUT they need to get some more fruit flavored yogurts. The blueberry yogurt is out of this world but they never have it anymore. Also, I've encountered a lot of machines that are empty which is very disappointing. That's why I gave this place four stars as opposed to five.

This Tutti Frutti Frozen Yogurt location is beyond amazing! I came here on Tuesday, 8/17/21 around 1 PM. The inside of the location was adorable and modern. Since it was Tuesday, there was a deal for $2 frozen yogurt in a cone. I ordered the strawberry frozen yogurt in a pink cone. It was delicious and refreshing. This location also offered frozen popsicles for $3.75 each. I decided to buy some to-go in order to enjoy them at home. Overall, I was pleased with the deals, the tasty frozen yogurt, and popsicles. I will come back, especially for the $5 Frozen Yogurt in a cup deal on Sunday.
