The cashier stayed on the phone while I ordered my food and they got it all wrong. I ordered lemon pepper, well done and all flats and received the total opposite. Dry rub seasoning should not be covered with grease. I tried to call multiple times but they never picked up. Each time they would put me on hold and I stayed on hold for 30-40 minutes. THIS LOCATION JUST OPENED AND THEY SUCK.

River Ridge location sucks. You better check your order before you leave, they forgot to put items in my bag, which was taped closed. I figured I didn’t have to check the bags for the completed order, but apparently we have to open up the bags now and check to make sure every single items in there. Total incompetency

Staff could not speak good English. Got wrong fries and they were just dumped onto the bag no container.. loose fies in bottom of bag. Haven't tried the sandwich yet. Not impressed.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this Wingstop was beyond disappointing. I received food that was COMPLETELY different from what I placed online, and when I drove to this location to have it corrected (which was promised by the store manager at the time), the staff was dismissive and unhelpful. No apology, no accountability, just straight attitude and disrespect. It felt like I was bothering them for asking for what I paid for. I’m definitely not ordering from this establishment ever again.

The owner is extremely rude. The owner does not own up to what he says when you call over the phone. A online order was placed and was completely wrong then we call and speak to the manger he states that the next order will be free because he did not have time to talk because the store was busy. I expressed to him I did not need the entire order free I would just like the next time to replace the currently order that was wrong free. A week later come into the store and the manger was yelling, stated he did not say that, very rude and just absolutely disrespectful. Please don’t take the own mangers word for anything.
