Customer service weren't friendly/talkative at all while I asked questions. In fact it was as if the two ladies didn't want to be bothered by my question. I WILL NOT recommend this business establishment to any family members, friends, or ppl in transit thru Roanoke, La. In fact, I strongly suggest if you're traveling please drive a few more miles up the Interstate-10 to a little bigger town by the name of Iowa, La. Maybe more personal training might help your employees to be more curtious/friendly to ppl choosing to stop at your business. I don't apologize for what I see, hear, or feel when I give a business establishment a review. Look my name up. I give a lot of reviews as I'm considered a Local Guide #7 by Google Maps. Ppl often read my reviews & in return contact me to ask more questions. I will have no problem informing ppl as to the negativity of your business establishment. Hire better ppl, otherwise your business profits will suffer.

I'm writing this review to share with management how rude, nasty and unprofessional the young lady's attitude was when I requested freshly drop fried catfish. I went to the store on 10/13/24 around 11am the cashier(on the restaurant side)didn't have a name tag on I don't know her name but she needs to be reported. An older lady that cashiered in the actual gas station area helped me and agreed with me that the lady I'm speaking of was rude. My mother is a regular customer in all areas of petos, the casino, the cafe/restaurant and something needs to be done about this person. When customers spend their money there they should be treated with respect because we can choose to shop and gamble elsewhere!

Cracklings tasted like they were made in burnt oil and the boudin balls had a taste like slightly lemony kitchen cleaning spray... Which is a shame as last time I came through both were excellent... Guess whoever prepped Monday morning just didn't care.

Best Crawfish Pies and Boudin Balls on the planet!! I can never ride past this place for the last 5 years!! I stop every single time. Plenty of parking usually. Not a luxury stop but who cares it’s plenty of those out there. The best food is always in places like this! Get here before 5 or 6pm or the food is gone! It’s worth it!
