I was rolling down the I10 and decided to stop to check out the eats, I was dead set on the catfish even though it was a possibility that it might be swy but they assured me it was catfish. And shrimp. But when I got to the front counter the lady convinced me to try the sausage pot boy because they make there own sausage. So I went with that and it was pretty darn good. Possibly the best sausage I've had in a long time. I'll definitely be coming back.
My partner and I got dinner here. I got the catfish dinner plate with a boudin ball from the front counter and he got the boudin burger and large funnel fries. We also got the two raspberry cheesecake wraps to go. It took a little bit but it's because they make it all fresh. Definitely worth the wait as the food was amazing! Had to put some away as I couldn't even finish it. My partner couldn't even take a full bite because the burger was so big. They have a market...
That Cajun burger is the BEST burger I've ever had. Absolutely incredible that y'all are able to eat like this whenever you want meanwhile those of us that live in other parts of the country are eating nonsense.
