Peggie Gautreau contacted me about needing some work done. I thought it was neat that she lived a few streets over and we were basically neighbors. The day of her appointment I was involved in an automobile accident and did not have my phone to contact her. When I finally was able to reach her she scolded me on how she has a business too and this was unacceptable. Excuse me? I’m sorry my business is only a year old and hasn’t needed an assistant until now. Was it unacceptable to get in an auto accident? I tried giving her a day to breathe. I called her again on a beautiful Friday afternoon. She cut me off mid sentence and said not to contact her anymore, that she was in NC with her son. I asked how her son made it out in the storm. Then she said I was harassing her and threatened to call the police. Wow. Would you want somebody with no empathy or compassion serving you healthcare advice? If she can treat a small business owner and fellow neighbor like this, do yourself a favor and don’t go to this woman’s business.

My husband came in several weeks ago for a visit with blood work. He has called multiple times and NOTHING from them. A complaint will be lodged with the insurance company on Monday.
