I placed an order totaling about $30 and was shocked to see Pizza Hut added a $55 tip for themselves without my consent. This is unacceptable and feels like theft. I did not authorize this charge and I expect it to be resolved immediately.
Customers should never have to worry about restaurants adding unauthorized charges. I will be disputing this with my bank if it’s not corrected right away.
I’ve always enjoyed Pizza Hut in the past, but this kind of shady business practice destroys trust. Do better.

At 11:11 I placed an order to pick up. The person taking my order repeated the order back and confirmed the location. She took my credit card information for the purchase and said it would be ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived at the store to pick up my order the doors were locked. The door was unlocked by a staff stating that they did not open until 12:00. She said I must have ordered it from the wrong location. Not true, the number is in my contacts. When I dialed it, you could hear it ring inside the store. Long story short. This person who claimed to be the manager was rude and said have a nice day in a sassy voice. I told her I would not be back.

The last few years has been great. This year, due to lack of staff, it’s still great, just a tad slower BUT- the team still comes through, very friendly & do their best with what they have available. Placed a big order for today and it was ready before pick up time. Kudos to management.

The pizza was dry there was hardly any sauce any cheese and I asked for a supreme and I only got pepperoni and a few bell peppers where is the rest of the stuff black olives. The supreme Pizza the supreme pizza supposed to have everything on it.
My food is ALWAYS wrong and, when I call to get it rectified, there is always an attitude on the other end of the phone.

We called. 30 min before we ordered asking if they deliver to our address & we got an emphatic YES. When we got home we called back to order. A different guy, Andrew, took the order. He had to ask my name 3 times. I asked him if they had a small pizza, he didn’t know. I asked what size is the medium, he didn’t know and did I mean a personal pan pizza. I said not that small. I asked if it was 12”, he put me on hold to check. He came back and said he thought so. So I ordered 2 Medium Pizzas. Each was different, then I said again that these were 2 Medium pizzas. I said let me give you the delivery address, he took it down me having to repeat it 3 times. He said they don’t deliver there. I told him another employee said they do, he said no, I said yes. He put me on hold to check and came back saying no. I canceled the order. My husband said he’d go get it. Ok. I called back, it was Andrew. He needed my name again, fine. We briefly went over the order again, he said 18 min. When we got the order it was one Personal Pan and one Medium. OMG. My husband didn’t say anything, we were charged correctly at least. But Andrew needs to go back thru Pizza Hut school.

When you order a pizza and the cashier tells you 35 minutes to be delivered, you expect your pizza in 35 minutes. It has been over 2 hours and still no pizza. I called the store back and stayed on hold for 20 minutes. Called from another phone and was told that they had to get a credit back from Door dash before they could even make me another pizza. If I could give them zero stars I would.

We all get busy sometimes and make minor mistakes. This Pizza Hut went above and beyond to meet my expectations. Special thanks to Kayla the manager at this location for her awesome service!!! Highly recommend this location for pizza!
