This place is honestly complete garbage. If your kids ever ask for a Wacky Pack, don’t expect a toy in their bag since the employees claim they never have any. Whoever owns this particular franchise has no business running a fast food restaurant, especially when they are obviously too vapid to actually keep things in stock.

A pic is worth a thousand words. This is what poor quality control looks like. This is what you get when employees don’t take pride in their jobs. This is what happens when management is lacking or nonexistent. I paid $5.89 for this chicken sandwich around 3:30 this afternoon (Sept. 6th) at this Sonic. All I can say is DON’T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY$$$! By the look of my chicken sandwich (if you can call it that), quality control must be nonexistent at this Sonic off Hwy 445. As you can see, the advertised product is a very, very, very far cry from what you actually get. Sad…just sad! Where is management oversight???

For the last 5 times over a period of a couple of years EVERY SINGLE TIME I've ordered the CRISPY CHICKEN SANDWICH and the chicken..every single time was old and dried out and very hard to chew..I ordered fries today and they were re fried.. Thing is you don't know until you drive off to go eat your meal only to be disappointed.. Wasn't worth the $10 I spent for my meal (s) 🙁

I was disappointed at this visit. The burger I got does not come with onions, so I've become used to not having to say, " no onions," but at this visit, the burger had onions on it. I hate the taste of raw onions. I took them off, but the burger still tasted like onion, and I didn't enjoy it. In addition, I regularly get a grape slush with needs. The slush that day was only liquid, with no ice in it at all. You can't help but know that your slush machine is not working, and instead of selling them, you should inform customers that the machine is broken.

Was excited to eat! I get there and make order no issue. I had to go in store to order due to the line not moving in drive Thur or outside bays. Should have just left. I didn’t leave so I washed my hand, then came back. Food still not ready. 20 min later I was pretty upset. I asked the young lady that came out, what’s the hold up, and she said there was a hold on all orders. Cool!!! 10 more minutes later half the order come before me. I’m still waiting 45 minutes now. My Order finally comes out a few min later. The chilli was burnt on top of coney! The tots were busted open and shoved into container fries the same. Sad to say but I’m pulling up home and still got a burnt chili taste in my mouth. Best part of the meal was a cold drink. I paid $20 for order and got $5 worth of service. Won’t be going back!!!

I don't ever leave reviews but I had the BEST experience today. I used to work at Sonic, so I know how hard the job is. But when I tell you the food came out QUICK...and fresh...and the carhop was very polite. Very very pleased at how quickly we got our food and how great it was. Wish I could remember the carhops name to give her some credit.
