I ordered through the app a Boss salad and a Boss footlong which is supposed to come with 50% extra meat. Somebody needs to teach the young man who fixed both of my items what 50% extra meat means b/c I only had one slice of each meat that goes on the salad and the sandwich. If I wasn’t exhausted I would drive back over there and insist that they make good on my purchase. Make sure you check your sandwich/salad purchases before leaving the store in Robert, LA.

Ordered sandwich combo. Was charged for sandwich, small drink and chips and chips. Asked front counter if bill was correct. Was charged 2 dollars for chips. Was overcharged. They gave me 2 dollars for overcharge. I asked them does that affect the tax and tip paid. They said they would cancel the receipt and recharge. Should they have done that the first time. I caught the mistake. How many people overpaid and did not look at receipt. Boosting profit. Besides paying a tip for making a sandwich.

They were quick to take our order,. They were very patient with my grandson,who changes options 5 times. The restaurant was very clean , the workers were professional but nice and friendly. Everything on their menu was reasonably priced, and I know their food is delicious, no matter what you order.

Foods alright, but I definitely could complain about the attitude of the people working there. However it wouldn't do much considering how many people have the same issues as well... Yeah, they're rude but take it easy on them they're locals. Big words, and a fast paced environment make it hard for them to mentally, and emotionally comprehend. It's not their fault they cant handle the stress, and their manners go out the window for such small things. I personally will be visiting another location that can handle the business.
