We love eating here at least 5 times a week. My husband only eats a footlong #30 The Beast, only mayo. I get all different sandwiches.

The employees at this subway was not very friendly or accommodating. They acted like they didn't want to wait on you! If you don't want to work then go somewhere else and do something you enjoy!!! I love cooking and waiting on people. I want be back! Sorry this is the worst subway I ever been in!!!! If they don't change the employees or the employees don't change the attitude this place will close up from lost of business!!! I want be back to this one again!!!! After this Experience I don't want to go back to SUBWAY period. Employees like this should be fired! I wouldn't even give this place one star but I had too!!!

Acused of lying about how I wanted my sub dressed by the curly haired brunette employee. Also had to wait while phone order subs were made before I could have mine made (4 subs). Won't return to this establishment.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted with "There will be a ten minute wait while we finish mobile orders" three of us in line. One gave up and walked out. While I waited ten minutes the line got longer and I heard "Five to Ten minute wait while we finish mobile orders" one person up front. As the line got longer the guy calls a girl up front because he has a long line. A not very social person walks up and still does not greet me. Just stares. So I ask if she's ready. She doesn't answer so I tell her what I want. As my sandwich is being made I am told there isn't the ingredient listed on the menu. As I'm checking out I still get charged the menu price even though it's missing ingredients. No cookies baked. Messy line. The people working looked really young and I'm trying to chalk this experience up to their age. But god I never want to step foot back in this subway or spend any more money on this kind of experience. I hope everyday isn't like this.

Stopped at the Subway in Robert, La- big mistake. I ordered a chicken teriyaki- the young guy said I have to make it up, we ran out. Flopped chicken in a bowl with a ton of sweet onion teriyaki- heated it up and then flopped on my bread-so much teriyaki sauce and chicken I could not eat it- sandwich was so soggy. There were a bunch of kids in there working and very unprofessional. Who ever owns this subway should be in there to see what’s going on. Worst experience- couldn’t even eat the sandwich. Had to eat what I could with a fork- I wasted my money.

Ordered my food in advance for delivery expecting my food to get here by a certain time. Instead they void my order out last minute and cancel so now I have to go through the day without lunch and not able to leave work after I already paid.

The sandwiches were great, but my aunt went in for me and my sister earlier today. There were two girls working and they were making fun of her while making her feel incredibly d**** Normally they have great service, but it was very unacceptable behavior for employees to give and I will not be going back.

Smoke bellowing out of oven every time we walk in due to not cleaning it, attitude from all staff, line is extremely dirty, flipping chairs on to the tables at 6pm to stop guests from dining in, a newer employee was struggling behind the line and asked for help to which the employee flipping chairs responded "haha you are new", team member did not change gloves in between orders or any money interactions, again, attitude when I asked for her to change them, torn bread instead of cut, no system to how the sandwiches are made, I got two of the exact same sandwich and they are completely different. When the Mayo ran out half way thru putting it on my sandwich, instead of grabbing more she decided it was enough and rolled it up. Very disappointing. Lack of urgency and adult supervision.

Had $50 order with several sandwiches , EVERY one of them were wrong , some had EXTRA meat , and it was not added , we ALL had cheese , not one sandwich had cheese on it . My husband went back to the store bc of it and they remade one sandwich , and still got it wrong , he was so exhausted and starving at that point he just said F it took what they made and left . Employees are not friendly , they don’t read the orders correctly when placed online . Sadly. This isn’t the first time . Meat was cold. Breads were soggy , and gross . Not even dressed as it read on order.

really honestly depends on who's working there at the time and making your sandwich, but i haven't had a bad experience in like a year or so.
