We decided to try this spot while in St. Joseph, LA visiting family. This quant locally owned restaurant did not disappoint! The decor is vibrant and inviting, we were immediately greeted by Rhonda who gave us the run down of the menu. My husband ordered a bacon burger with fries and I have buffalo garlic wings with fries. I have to tell you, our food was delicious! Bathrooms were clean and so were the common areas. We will be back next time we are in town from Houston.
Yesterday was our first visit, but it will definitely be on the list of places to go when in St Joseph. The brisket, the pulled pork, the smoked chicken, the sausage and the smoked boudin we're all very delicious. If you're in St Joe you should absolutely stop.
We recommend this restaurant for the great food, but also for the hospitality! We are traveling through on a short stay in the area and Rhonda was a delight to visit with. The person waiting on us and the pit boss we met did an exceptional job also. We plan to stop back for some live music and more great food over Memorial Day weekend next year. Thanks B & BBQ Juke Joint for sharing great food and great hospitality...we will stop again, and we will spread the word.
