You will not find better food or the proportions served anywhere else in this little town! They have the biggest best burgers and is all worth the money! Nobody in this town serves the size they do! They have plate lunches fresh everyday and give nice sized proportions as well! Family owned, wonderful and good people! You could never go wrong by stopping in and grab you a bite to eat with the best food in Saint Martinville!

I was visiting St. Martinville with elderly family members. We were hungry. We didn't know where to eat. We found this place on Google, and we were not disappointed. My uncle got the fish (catfish) basket with fries, a roll, and two side dishes. He liked every part of his meal.My mom and I got the shrimp poboys with fries. The shrimp were big, and there were so many of them, I couldn't close the bun enough to eat it like a sandwich. The shrimp were tasty too.We went inside to order. It took a while to get the food because it was made to order. The dining room is not fancy. There are some booths, and a few four top tables. It's basic plate lunch place kind of decor. The lady who took our order at the counter was very helpful.Vegetarian options: If you go for breakfast, you could get eggs. If you go for lunch, you could get side dishes, but you should probably ask if there's meat in the beans.Parking: I didn't see any parking next to the building. We parked on the street across from the building.

I finally decided to try this place out and wish I did sooner. I had smothered pork chop with two sides. Everything was great and I'm so full. The pork chop hardly had a bone too it was mostly meat

Rick is right, the parking is kinda sucky there but I must have went at a great time because parking wasn't an issue for me at all. The people there were super welcoming and friendly. I got pulled pork sandwich with fries to go. Guy made sure ketchup was in the container without me asking and made sure I had napkins since it was to go. Listen, I NEVER come to St Martinville except for business and today I happened to be famished which is why I stopped. That was hands down THE BEST pulled pork sandwich I've had yet. The pork was melt in your mouth moist. I mean absolutely superb and would be worth the 30 min drive to get again.
