The pizza dough had mildew on it the dough was hard didn't rise and was grey so I know it was old.and to add salt to the wound of not eating supper.I call the store talk to the store manager,"quote I will put your name on board come get you 1 more pizza, ordered same thing as last time the crew didn't honor the order.when back on the third week the manger don't remember."so we out"l don't need their pizza,they need my money,which they will never get again.

This location is great.

I recommend nobody order there ! Employees don’t even want to take your order ! Called there and the man replied just getting out the bed and want a f***ing pizza ! Tried to call back to get in touch with someone over him and he hung up in my face ! Someone plz give me the general manager number because this is ridiculous

Called 16 times today to try and call in a order before i go there to not have to wait and they never answered so i went there and ordered and the lady in the front tells me it will be about a 25-30 minute wait never coming back

Ordered online. Order was accepted & prepared quickly. It was ready before I had time to drive there! Great service, Lily was so sweet and was ready with my order.

I've been calling since 9:30pm. Nobody answered so I ordered online. Time after order was 9:40. I checked to see the progress on the app it said my pizza was ready . I literally live 2 mins away. When I reach the lady that's so say the general nvr that is working today which is Nov 4th 2021. She told me her employee did an emergency call to make sure they should process the order which was a lie. Nobody called. So I wasted my time an the employees are VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!!!!! FROM THIS DAY FORWARD, PIZZA HUT WILL BE ON MY SPEED DIAL. BTW THE LOCATION OF THIS DIRTY, DISRESPECTFUL PLACE IS. NORTH MAIN STREET ST. MARTINVILLE LOUISIANA 70582
