It's McDonald's. Not a lot new going on here. This particular location has above average staff, but that also seems to be based off of the time you visit and who is on duty that day. You can easily tell when the staff is on point that day or not because either they will talk at you - as if they are doing you a favor when they hit big buttons on the screen, or, they will talk WITH you and at least pretend to be happy you decided to visit. When they are talking AT you is when you should stay away from the fish...

The whole place dirty. Everybody has the attitude like they don’t want to be there. The drive thru rushes you to order only to get everything you ordered wrong. Their management and supervisors don’t care about quality or overall employee competency. They literally get everything wrong, instead of apologizing they blame the customer and when that same customer wants a refund he/she gets threatened with the police if they don’t “move the line along “

This morning I pulled up into curb side number 4 placed my order online I ordered a big breakfast with pancakes and bacon and a caramel frappe my big breakfast was okay but my drink was watery as I proceeded to tell the lady that she had an attitude with me, I am a customer ma’am u should have asked me what can I do to make it right I work for McDonald’s at another location and this was not the proper protocol when we handle our customers we always want them to feel welcomed and anything wrong with any order we do our best to make it right… Shame on u lady that was not great customer service I won’t be coming back
