Been here over a hour for mobile order. They just make everyone go around, drive the wrong way on a main road to get back in their parking lot. Then they lock the doors so you can't wait in the lobby with the other 10 cars waiting outside. Terrible don't waste your time here

VISITED THAT LOCATION WHILE OUT WITH FAMILY MEMBERS YESTERDAY AND MUST SAY HOW THA SERVICE WAS VERY PLEASANT AND ENJOYABLE ALONF WITH FRESH HOT CHICKEN WE WILL BE DEFINITELY VISITING AGAIN THANKS POPEYES SAINTMARTINVILLE!!!!

I was waiting in the lobby for an order that I was picking up for delivery and witnessed great work Ethic. One young lady, Nya was behind the counter. She was handling online orders, drive thru orders and customers in the lobby. She never once showed any signs of being stressed out. She was very pleasant with everyone during the rush.

The food was great…the customer service was on point and very nice at welcoming customers..and the chicken was very cripsy and fresh like i wanted it.
