Update took him 30 minutes to drying the food. It’s cold and missing part of the order. But they do not care because there’s really nothing else to eat in this ratchet town.

I wanted ice cream with my family and my total was 13.11. I had 12 on card and 1.25 in cash . The carhop brought the ice cream out gave it to us and then took my payments. They came back out and said they could not take two payments. They then asked if I had cash app and could send them the money personally….
Waited 30 minutes for a $5 brownie blast which ended up being a vanilla ice cream with a few brownie bits on top. The employees were more interested in closing for the night.

Drinks are flat they serve cold food and get mad when you give them the food back!!! They don't wanna fix the problem they wanna ask if you want something else other then what you ask for when you tell them no they wanna refund you and tell you to leave like you did something wrong!! Very very unprofessional will never go back again!!!
Half of the order screens don't work. There are no ribbons to stop you from pulling in. Playing musical chairs . I can understand being out of order for maybe a month , but 6 months to a year is freaking

On Jan 26 at 5p I ordered a #2 on toaster bread. The fries were stale and fried in old grease, and my toaster bread wasn't toasted. When I called the place the manager on duty told me the toaster was broken which really confused me. I do believe the manager on duty needs some serious training. When I suggested to her that she should tell a customer they are not able to sell toasted bread because of the toaster being broken instead of selling them a couple of white sliced bread. She could not understand why she needed to do this. Sometimes sorry is not good enough. I'll never visit this location again.
