I’ve been waiting to try this place since it opened and it was just a big disappointment. We originally ordered a “crawfish plate and a shrimp plate” but they said they were out of crawfish so we both just got shrimp. We get there and to my surprise, the plates contain about 10 pieces of tiny fried shrimp, a piece of toast, and the boiled potatoes we asked for (assuming we were getting a boiled shrimp plate) were cold. My boyfriend walked back in to tell them that we did not want fried shrimp, so they gave us a small bag of COLD boiled shrimp to make up for our TWO HOT plates of shrimp. He then went in a third time because the shrimp was cold as if it had been in a refrigerator and they “dipped” it for him. As a customer, if i order a HOT plate my food better be HOT! This experience was awful and I would never come back.

Slow service, total confusion behind the counter. one person taking orders on paper tickets, order then waits for cashier to enter into the register then when food comes out (30+ minutes later) they don't check to make sure the right order goes to the right person.
Be sure you check your order before you leave and drive away.

Nice bang for your buck! We picked up dat catfish poboy and grilled shrimp salad yesterday! The flavor of those shrimp and catfish were absolutely rolling y'all! And...well that French bread, even though I like it toasted a lil bit, was so fresh and tasty! It brought back the taste of Reising's French bread that I haven't had in ages. Is it Reising Troy Matherne? By the way, we definitely had leftovers! Next time we take that 35-40 minute ride. It's gonna be a seafood platter!

Don't sleep on papa T's hot plates!! Their plate food is SO GOOD!!!! This is hands down the best dirty rice l've ever had in my entire life. The green beans and chicken were also SO flavorful and tasty. Good amount of food!!!

Love this place! The boiled crayfish and shrimp are really good and clean. Potatoes, sausage, corn, everything you need for a fast fix. Great people! Super clean!

Excellent seafood! By far some of the best crawfish and shrimp I’ve ever had. And OMG the Turkey necks, the meat falls off. Loved this Italian family owned joint, great customer service and experience all the way around. I’ll be back without a doubt!

They need more flavor on their crawfish and fixing’. If you don’t like them spicy or even half way spicy this is your place. I like mine at least with some spice.
