They used to be one of the best Taco Bells in the area. However, recently they have been HORRIBLE and consistently missing items from my orders. Idk if they think they are being cute but it’s not. Acting like it’s coming from their own pockets is super tacky. Y’all need to do better. Need better management or something or y’all will be closing in the future. Funny as i also barely EVER see people at that location to begin with. I would be careful if you like having your jobs smh

When I think of any type of fast food place I always give the benefit of the doubt. However I ordered over the app and when I went through the drive through they claimed that they didn’t have any notice of my order so I looked at the app and it was submitted to this location so I parked up and walked inside and when I was talking to the manager I looked at one of there monitors so see my name and order so I very politely pointed it out the the manager. And then they said we will get that for you no apology no nothing once I got my order and got back to my vehicle I looked and it wasn’t even my order! Long story short don’t waste your time your better off going to Waffle House next door

If I could give negative stars I’d gladly would, everyone who was working on 4/11/24 need to be fired, complete disrespect, employees refused to take my order that I had no choice than to use the kisok, second delayed my food as an act of we gonna screw with this customer, third they gave me my order in a complete ripped bag, that’s when I lost my ever loving mind and said this is what customer service has come to ???? Employees cussing up a storm being completely disrespectful in front of customers, Taco Bell y’all should be ashamed and I will be going higher in the chain over all this, straight pathetic

I don't get it. Taco Bell where's the $5 boxes? $10 boxes? My chicken burrito meal with chips and two tacos meal with chips cost $22.65! We split our food.That's a ½ of a burrito and a taco each with a ½ pouch of nacho chips and a drop of cheese? Not for that price ever again. It wasn't that good. Not restaurant quality. I could have had el paso and a waiter for $3 more.
