We had a great experience at this Wendy’s! They were 9 of us that came in. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and clearly takes pride in their work. The cashier was new and extremely friendly. The manger helped him and was very patient and friendly as well. It’s so nice to visit a fast-food place where the employees genuinely care about good service. Thank you to the team for doing such a great job — I’ll definitely be back!

We stopped in with a large group and had a great experience. The manager Renee was training on register, working the line, and taking care of guests with so much kindness and patience. The small crew was working together so well, making sure each other and the guests were taken care of. It was great to see such great teamwork and customer service.

Went in and both dining room and drive thru was empty, that was fine because I expected to get fast service with HOT food. WRONG, my order was wrong, food was missing, not once but 3 times. After waiting 10-15 minutes for our order, fries were cold and burgers were warm. They did fix it every time we mentioned it, of course, for an additional wait time. Avoid this place.

Yeah, Wendy’s you and your coworkers really need to get y’all customer service together and stop having such bad attitudes towards your customers When a customer ask for their food fresh, it should be dropped. Fresh do not give me old leftovers food that is ice cold my food sucked. The service sucked. Y’all are very disrespectful and very dirty.

This place is inconsistent with the time they open and the quality of the food they serve. I ordered breakfast (Bacon, egg croissant combo with a honey chicken biscuit sandwich) around 7:20 am. You would think everything will be fresh and on point. Unfortunately I was highly disappointed because everything was dry and taste like it was leftover from the day before.

I've lived in Saint rose almost my whole life and went to this restaurant more times then I count over the years and its sad to see where it is now that I've graduated high-school compared to where it was when I started middle, customer service is miserable now, they cant get orders right for the life of them, and from what I remember are extremely understaffed most of the time, I hate to say it but if they keep this up ill be surprised if the joint is still open in the next 10-20 years

This location never has potatoes or they'll say they only have a potato or two left and it's the middle of the day. I went to pick up breakfast this morning and no one was at the speaker. Another driver drove off and I decided to stop at the pick up window. The lady opened the window and said they weren't open cause they were trying to open the register and it was already 6:20 at that point. Had to cancel my mobile order.
