Couldn’t give all 5s because I’d be lying if I said I haven’t cursed under my breath a few times while waiting to be greeted at the counter when I’m doing my pickup. When we eat inside, service is great. But walking in seeing 3 waitresses standing in the back at the computer just “looking at you” can be annoying. At least say “I’ll be right with you!” Anyway, I love the Keto choices! I’m on a weight loss journey and the options are very fulfilling.

Our waitress never came back to see if we needed anything
Have servers that actually check on your table. There was 3 ladies and none asked if we needed refills. The kitchen staff was throwing stuff and yelling as we could hear them out in the dining area. We didn't get our food correct and after waiting 20 mins for them to correct it we asked when it would be ready and they said honestly I don't know, that the kitchen was making everyone else's food and ours will be made once it is done. We paid and left. The servers are quick to get an attitude when you question something.

I called for a grill chicken wrap that was around 1:30 p.m. on Monday 05/01/2023a lady took my order over the phone told her I needed it to be ready for 2:30 but when I got there it was not ready she never put the order in? and had the nerve to ask me if I wanted fries knowing that she wasn’t taking my order, this isn’t the first time this has happen plus I drove all the way from Minden for unsatisfactory. The shift leader so she claims to be has no idea who it was but I kno she dose.I deserve a free wrap for driving up there.
