I have tried just about everything in the hot box/tray a d have yet to find something I do not like. Their boudin is the best (imo, because there are ALOT of options on boudin). Love the smoked sausage as well.
Best place for boudin in Lafayette! I highly recommend stopping here if you are driving on I-10 through the Lafayette area. It is a very convenient location and some of the best customer service around!
A friend of ours introduced us to Billy's and we love it! We stayed in New Orleans for a concert and had to pit stop on the way home to grab boudin to take home with us! Boudin balls were amazing too!
