Drive thru lady extremely sweet fast service the guy who brought our food too is was sweet and had a smile on his face the whole time

They messed the order up pretty bad. Worse though: There was a hair in the middle of a burger.

EDIT: Went once again, no manager in the store so they can’t take orders at 7:30pm, what a joke. These people all deserve to lose their jobs, worthless. Only the morning crew is good, amazing actually, anyone after 12pm is absolute trash and should be fired. Especially the idiots around 9pm, can’t ever get the simplest order correct and make you sit in the parking lot and forget about you until you go inside. And then you go in again and get the food redone… for another 15 minutes. Wow. These people are special.

The place was super hot..temperature was 92 degrees inside the restaurant. Some guy had a horrible attitude, and everyone working seemed confused.

Service was nonexistent. First thing I noticed was that A.C. was not working correctly. Walked in and no one was at the front register. Stood for 8 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge us but did not happen. Drive thru was ignoring us and helped about 10 vehicles after we showed up. I finally asked if anyone was working the front and drive thru said yes but she went on break. Said he was just about to come to the front. Waited another five minutes and he continued to ignore even after there was no one at the window. Needless to say we left. Come on BK, get it right. Will definitely not be returning. Hope corporate fixes this......Horrible customer service.

The AC must have been out and maybe for a while. It was HOT AS HADES in that place. The poor girl that took our order was pregnant. There probably was only one other person working. When our food was ready someone rang a bell and she came out of her office to bring it to us. She was super nice but she definitely did not need to be working in that place without air. It was hotter in there than it was outside. She said she had a fan going in the office, so I'm guessing maybe the air had been out for a day or two. Our food was okay, not great

I watched as three groups of people come in order and get their food before me and 2 or 3 people order through the drive through. The shift leader/manager I'm assuming was yelling at employees the whole time. Didn't even get my order right. And it tasted burnt

No changing table. Food was horrible. No one even finished it except my 10 month old who seemed happy. Freestyle machine was out of everything. New rule. No burger king with the baby. Second time no changing table.

Will be calling Corporate tomorrow to let them know just what the employees do outside of the front door at this establishment. I should have walked away just as I did at Wendy's right before. Wendy's was far worse. I will definitely not visit either of these locations again

What a horrible experience. The lady at the window said to park in the front and we will walk your food out to you. I waited like 8 minutes and my food never came so I decided to walk in and get the food myself. I had to wait again; saw only one person on the line with one employee joining her later on. Ironically he walks in on the line with his phone. It’s supposed to be fast food, I waited a total of like 20 minutes just to get my food.This location needs better management and people who actually care; no one was smiling or seemed to want to be there. I said thank you after getting my food and the girl didn’t even say anything back. Speaking of back? I will NOT be back.

For someone who does not like to eat at Burger King this location has totally changed my mind. They have made me change my mind lol. I have eaten there like 10 times in the last two months. The people also have awesome customer service!! They go above and beyond. Whoever works 10:30am-3:00pm shift rocks!!!

Wait 5 minutes for someone to take your order, pay, back up behind the yellow pole, then wait 15 minutes (with no one behind me) for a burnt whopper. Amazing.
