This is one of my favorite places. It's an old-fashioned candy store, with an ice cream parlor and lots of homemade goodies, along with lots of old school and old fashioned candies. It is easy to access, has lots of choices, and the staff are friendly.
This is such a nice place. It’s my go to stop when I’m in the area.
The staff are so nice and the selection of goodies is extensive. I really like the chocolate covered peanuts - my dad used to bring these home in the mid 70s so these are like a trip down memory lane.
And of course there are the giant gummy bears. I came in to get two 5 lb fellas but there was only one left til restocking takes place. So I upgraded my order. The photo...

Neat little shop. Not what I was expecting from seeing the billboard for years. Really enjoyed the Christmas decorations. A lot of old artifacts to look at. The ice cream is Blue Bell. Good ice cream but nothing to drive out of the way for. The (I assume ) owner, older man was very busy yet sweet and made sure to let us know if we needed any help just ask. One of the workers at the counter was very nice. The other seemed rushed. There is a wide array of candy to choose from....
