Pizza Hut has fired all of their drivers and now uses doordash. We ordered a large meat lovers pizza, chicken Alfredo, garlic bread sticks, and extra marinara. The driver gets here, but there's no pizza. A lady calls me to ask if I received my pizza and I told her no. She tells me it's still at the store and will send it right out. My husband asked if it was going to be hot and she said yes, that it just came out of the oven. Nearly 45 minutes later the pizza finally gets here. Guess what....it was cold. I called the store to talk to them about it, which is when I found out they fired all their drivers. I asked about being refunded or given a free pizza. I was told the only "happy medium" (their words not mine) was for us to bring the pizza back, so they could exchange it. Oh, they were also going to give us a free "gift". When they had their own real drivers, if there was a problem, the driver immediately went back to the store, fixed the problem, and returned promptly. Needless to say, we will not be getting Pizza Hut anymore.

Waited 1.5 hours on my order had to reach out to them for them to tell me no drivers and they go thru a third party to deliver called to speak the store manager and ask for contact for the higher up and not phone nor email was provided will wait a few days to see if they reach out !

I had called and made a delivery order at 11:37 which was some time before closing indeed, yet I was told it would be made a delivered to my house at around 12. I went go check the text message to see when my food would be arrive which is about almost 1am now and when checking my order was cancelled and I was denied service. I work in the food industry myself and even when we are about to close, if we get a customer we are to still give service and serve that customer. Me and my girlfriend were looking forward to a good meal tonight but we won’t be able to eat now because they decided not to make our food when we haven’t eat today. Thanks hut!👌

Terrible experience. The worst experience I’ve ever had at a Pizza Hut. It should’ve been ready when I got there. I was not able to get out so I opted for the curbside pick up. I brought someone with me just in case they had an excuse and of course they did. We had to wait 30+ minutes for the food and of course it was cold when we got it. They were extremely rude to the person that went in for me When she got back in the car with the food she was crying! This is unacceptable! Who does this? What type of restaurants treat their customers like this? I will not be coming back. I will tell every person I know to not go back to this place. I brought her. She was doing a favor for me because I’ve had problems with them bringing the food curbside before not at this place, but at other Pizza Huts. This is horrible. This is absolute unacceptable behavior!

If I could do no stars I would. I ordered 1/2 pepperoni & 1/2 cheese. Instead I got 1/2 pepperoni & 1/2 marinara sauce & the pizza was hard I could’ve used it as a frisbee. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had @ Pizza Hut.

The Scott La location is the best in Louisiana! Me and my sons have been getting pizza every Friday night for years and by far the Scott store has the best! The manager is so friendly and helpful and the pizzas are of the best quality!

The pizza was really good. I had not ordered from Pizza Hut in years but I think they have stepped up their game significantly. I would order from here again. You can't eat at this location, it is only take out.
