I was surprised to see that the price of my drink nearly doubled because I asked for no ice. I think it would be helpful to inform customers of this price difference before they reach the payment window. I shouldn't have to investigate why my total jumped from $4.75 to almost $8.

It was decent for sweets but just o.k. The breakfast sandwiches along with linch sandwiches were really good and I do reccomend those. I do not drink coffee so can't comment on that.

I come here often because I live very close. I’ve never had a bad experience except for today. I was in a rush so I mobile ordered and about 10 minutes later I walked in and both employees were sitting behind the counter on their phones and I said I had a mobile order and they hadn’t even started making it. Nor did they even know him of order was me. I was a little frustrated because I was in a rush and yesterday I did the same thing and it was ready and less than five minutes.

Its quite unfortunate to have the first thing I get in the morning be served with rude customer service, taste like dirt, and have to wait on average 10 minutes just to get a simple cup of coffee.
Very disappointed to see the staff never understand my order (medium coffee with cream and sugar) right and get upset at me when I request it to get made again.
You never want your morning to start off with poor service and even worse coffee.

The staff is always wonderful and so friendly. My coffee always tastes perfect and exactly how I want it. ❤️ I only Come here once every so often But I’ve made it my regular coffee spot when I do go to get coffee!!! This is the only pjs coffee location I’ve ever been to and I’m sticking with it ❤️

The service of these young ladies are terrible. 1 said you had points 1 doesn't. They they usually bring you the wrong drink and aswing he hair back. I could just as easy for the Starbucks. Bur I rather support a small business. But that will be chaining soon
