Made the mistake of ordering at this location using a BOGO coupon. Was told they don't accept BOGO and that my order was canceled. Only it wasn't canceled and I was charged. Went back to the store and they basically said tough luck. Call corporate. Still haven't heard from corporate either. Never again. I lost $18.Do yourself a favor and steer clear of these lying thieves.

Should have read the reviews before ordering online. My receipt clearly shows what I ordered and the sandwich was made wrong. I called the store to tell the manager and he hung up on me.I then went to the store to ask for a refund and he would not refund my money for the incorrectly prepared sandwich. The manager did not offer to remake the sandwich at no charge either. Don't expect your order to be right if you online or in app. Go to another Subway if you want to order online or in app.

If you enjoy a SUBS they are a Subway.Parking is tight due to location but other then that was good.

Good sandwiches, terrible salads. They don’t even list them on the menu board, so not sure how they picked the price for this tiny bowl. They didn’t even include salad dressing. Not worth the trip.

Recently, everytime we order online for the shop our custom orders are wrong and poorly made. The receipt is correct it's just as if they don't read the notes... not happy, getting tired of it.

Once again I come here to receive awful service. I like a lot of sauces on my sandwich and when the lady making my food cut the sandwich they got a lot of sauces on the knife. And instead of wiping the sauces off either inside the sandwich or somewhere else she decides to wipe all the sauces off on top of the bread where my hands are supposed to go. Now there is sauce all on top of my sandwich instead of on the inside. She did this not once but TWICE. I have had multiple complaints from this subway and the lack of competence here is unreal. The people who work here are rude as well as the owner.
