I’m hoping more people come forward with their hatred experience at this establishment. Actions speak louder than words, this man is literally on here arguing with customers because he treated them with disrespect. I’ve personally never eaten here and never will but my mom has. To hear how she was treated was upsetting. It’s too many people who want the money that come with the business but don’t have the attitude for it and Think people are supposed to just deal with. This economy isn’t at it’s best at the moment and you think people want to spend their hard earned money at a place where disrespect is loud for apparently no reason?! If you don’t want people to come in, then shut it down. He’s digging himself an early grave. I highly do not recommend. I’m also in talks of getting him removed off a ballot. There are more honorable, honest, deserving individuals who work hard and deserve the positive recognition. Not this place.

I don't know where this guy learned how to cook, but he needs to be protected at all cost. Stop going to those fast food chain restaurants. For the same price, this guy will whip up some home cooking for you that is exponentially better!

Fast & friendly service, always. I love that the owner works and runs his own place instead of hiring someone to do it for him, he is always there working along side his employees. I’ve been eating here since they opened and I don’t have one single complaint! Love a good potato! The sandwiches and wraps are also great!

I ordered the nacho tater, and it was delicious. I just wish there would have been some kind of sauce on it. It was a bit dry , it should have had more nacho cheese or sour cream on top.My husband ordered the ragin cajun and loved it. Kinda expensive, though. For 2 potatoes ,1 chicken quesadilla, 3 drinks, it was $70! If you add jalapeños its extra. If you add any toppings, it adds like $2 each.This place is not a sit and dine type of place. They only had 2 small tables outside to sit and eat. I take it people just order to go from here.

A few years ago this was an extremely pleasant establishment to visit. The owner was friendly and I not only bragged about the food, but the owner also. This, however, is no longer the case.We got food here a few days ago. Like many of the negative reviews, we were looked down upon and greeted with a jackassy attitude for daring to not call in ahead of time. We were in the area and last minute decided to get some food here...a fact that should recieve the utmost respect. We could have chosen to eat in dozens of other places, but we chose Super Tater. We got nothing but negative attitude for our decision. You need the public FAR more than the public needs you.If you have such an issue with people coming in your business without calling ahead, then why not just close the doors and become a call in restaurant instead?People have a lot of choices. Most of them without negativity, so why not just be tolerant of people willing to give you their hard earned money? Doesn't seem that complicated to me.Perhaps arrogance is partially at fault; it seems a certain comfort level has been achieved and this negates good customer service.In the end, I'm more willing to shrug off mediocre food if the staff is friendly, while good food with an extra helping of arrogance and rudeness will never be acceptable.

They charged me $3 to walk in and order. That's insane! What a way to thank his customers! Not to mention he's very rude. Not going back, there's a potato place on Moss that is way better and are super sweet to their customers nor do they try to scam money from their customers..
Great local place for stuffed potatoes. Very very good and huge. A bit pricey but overall a great place for potatoes and soups.
