I ordered in the app and went through the drive-thru to pick it up. At the speaker an AI voice asked what I wanted. I gave my name, drove up to window to collect my food. The worker came by the window to fix the drink, opened the window and handed it to me. Then he went get the food bag and handed it to me. NEVER SPOKE A WORD OR SMILED—NOTHING! I don’t know what employees are getting paid for, the customer and Ai are doing most of the work…..not the workers.

I only added one star bc I had to. They messed up on my order last 🌙 and them had an attitude with me about correcting it. Called got offerd a replacement, went to pick up said replacement in the am. Even these workers were weird and unprofessional. I want to say more but I'll be nice. Over the last year idk where the change happened but it happened for the worst. IF YOURE NOT SATISFIED W/ YOUR CAREER AT THE BELL, FIND YOU SOMETHING ELSE TO DO! IM CALLING CORPORATE! Taco Cabanana or Chachos would never!

Nacho bell grande was really good.
I had to order with the computer TWICE because it wasn't getting my order correct! Then a rude lady came on the speaker and said "you have to ask for a team member"., like I new that. The correct thing to say is "I'm sorry it's not getting your order correct, can I help you?!" Then of course for the 3rd time, I forgot to say to add the sour cream. The order was not for me & I was reading it from a text, so yeah the sour cream wasn't added. Then when I called, the phone rang for 5 mins or longer before they answered. Then the same rude lady had an attitude. Where is the customer service & satisfaction??!!
Dont know who working in there at night now but 100 percent disappointed in my cantilever a bowl i said no purple cabbage easy lettuce bowl has mostly cabbage n lettuce there no rice I pay for extra guacamole n beans don't get it just pitiful

Made a run for the granddaughters. Oodles of tacos and burritos. We all love it. Been a Taco Bell eater since the 70s. Miss the tostada.

I am a lifelong Taco Bell enjoyer.
I am not a Gigakaren who goes out of his way to ruin people working in the service industry's day. That is to say I do not make this review lightly.
I have a very regular, simple to prepare order.
Two Cheesy Bean and Rice Burritos, Grilled.
Small Baja Blast, No Ice.
Recently this location has been serving me burritos with either over or undercooked rice. I can not tell. The rice is rock hard, and is completely inedible. I told the manager about this, and she comped my meal. Great, I thought. This is good service. Boom. Hard rice again. I bring this up, and the manager insists the rice was not hard, like she knew the texture that was going on inside of my mouth. She was incredibly rude about it too.
Never ordering from this location ever again. Fire everyone working there.
