I had to order with the computer TWICE because it wasn't getting my order correct! Then a rude lady came on the speaker and said "you have to ask for a team member"., like I new that. The correct thing to say is "I'm sorry it's not getting your order correct, can I help you?!" Then of course for the 3rd time, I forgot to say to add the sour cream. The order was not for me & I was reading it from a text, so yeah the sour cream wasn't added. Then when I called, the phone rang for 5 mins or longer before they answered. Then the same rude lady had an attitude. Where is the customer service & satisfaction??!!

Dont know who working in there at night now but 100 percent disappointed in my cantilever a bowl i said no purple cabbage easy lettuce bowl has mostly cabbage n lettuce there no rice I pay for extra guacamole n beans don't get it just pitiful

I am not a Gigakaren who goes out of his way to ruin people working in the service industry's day. That is to say I do not make this review lightly.

I have a very regular, simple to prepare order.

Two Cheesy Bean and Rice Burritos, Grilled.

Small Baja Blast, No Ice.

Recently this location has been serving me burritos with either over or undercooked rice. I can not tell. The rice is rock hard, and is completely inedible. I told the manager about this, and she comped my meal. Great, I thought. This is good service. Boom. Hard rice again. I bring this up, and the manager insists the rice was not hard, like she knew the texture that was going on inside of my mouth. She was incredibly rude about it too.

Never ordering from this location ever again. Fire everyone working there.

My wife ordered online 05/23 @6:49 order# 924693 and the guy at the drive thru was very unprofessional, opened the window handed her our drinks without saying which was which, handed her our bag and closed the window again without saying a word so she looks in the bag, no sauce and waited till he opened the window and asked for the sauce he put in a napkin and the only word spoken was (Here) handing the napkins & sauce and closed the window. Now she drove 30 minutes back home to church point only to find out we were missing a Beefy 5 layer burrito and a chicken chalupa supreme, and the cinnamon twist were crumbs, Tried calling but no answer! We definitely not going to this Taco Bell on Ambassador Caffery near I-10 again!

Don’t even bother coming here. They have some AI running the drive-through that doesn’t understand a word you’re saying and when you go inside, it’s touchscreen that don’t even respond to work and a single worker in sight to help you.

Horrible experience! Ordered from kiosk. We had some trouble with kiosk ask a worker for help, she told me to use a different kiosk, same issue. I asked her to come out from kitchen and help. She rolled her eyes and and came out. Fixed issue. Floor was dirty, tables weren't cleaned off and employees attitudes sucked.
