I ordered in the app and went through the drive-thru to pick it up. At the speaker an AI voice asked what I wanted. I gave my name, drove up to window to collect my food. The worker came by the window to fix the drink, opened the window and handed it to me. Then he went get the food bag and handed it to me. NEVER SPOKE A WORD OR SMILED—NOTHING! I don’t know what employees are getting paid for, the customer and Ai are doing most of the work…..not the workers.

The cashier was not very nice or very greeting. I had to wait and ask if that was everything I had cause she gave me a bag and closed the window. She came to the window and looked at me and did not say anything I asked if that was all my order and she said yeah... that's it. No thank you and come again or have a goodnight no nothing. If you are going to act like that you don't need to be working as a cashier. No customer service position.
