From the start I can only tell you that it is a lovely team, they are in sync working, it seems like they read each other's minds, they are an efficient, hard-working and very, very attentive team that serves you with a smile on their face that brightens your day, to continue, the food is freshly made, they are not powdered eggs, they are real eggs and they cook them to the exact point that you need for your breakfast, if you come to Lafayette LA, do not hesitate for a second to come to Waffle House, they served me wonderfully, I hope the owners read this, Thalía served me and she made my day much better

It's a Waffle House so nothing too high brow. Perfect place to stop for brunch on our road trip from Houston to New Orleans. Friendly staff, good food and fast service. Carla was a great server.

My wife and I went in and immediately got served by Thalia. She had our food to the table within like 2 minutes, which was hot, fresh, and probably the best Waffle House meal we’ve had in awhile! Thalia was amazing and highly recommend her!

It's shitty the rules changed. The management and employees need to be alittle more professional. If you show pride and passion for your work it wouldn't be so terrible. Care about your workers listen to them don't just blow them off. This company needs to do better. These employees are losing so much money.
