Is the food really bad? Yes, yes it is. Are the bathrooms disgusting? Yes, yes they are. Are the employees shouting explitives in front of my small children? Yes, yes they are. Did the same employees run outside to smoke weed then come right back in? Yes, yes they did. A truly unique experience.

Rude is not the word. Its like we were bothering them to place an order with the heavy sigh reply when ordering. We were literally the only two people there. 12 minutes to receive 2 chicken sandwiches. Had to pull forward in the drive thru not to mess up there service time, like that matters. They when the worker comes out to finally give us our meals, her phone text message goes off. No thank you, no nothing. She was too busy having to answer her text. Ridiculous.

The Food was very cold.not to mention,some of my food items were missing.had nuggets,no sauce.& I ask for a caramel frosty.They told The Dasher They contacted me,& told me the frosty machine was down.which was a lie.no one called me.So they sent me a large Strawberry lemonade.i don't even like Strawberry .Wendy's has to do better then that.i was very disappointed.Thinking I had some hot fresh food.& It was cold.

We were asked not to pull up all the way to the window and that we would be flagged down when they were ready for us to pull forward. Then we were told that there was only 1 original chicken patty and that someone would have to take a spicy one. It is almost 6pm and no one is here. Then we were asked to back up again. And then we were told that they were out of Dr. pepper. When telling her what other drink we would take, she was texting on her phone and not looking at us. Very unprofessional service and were not prepared for a normal dinner time.

Entire operation needs to be re-evaluated, I recently went through the drive thru for an order and when I placed my order I was immediately pulled up to parking spots on the right of the building, no cars were behind me. The employees need to cheat their drive thru time. After a 20 wait my food was brought to me. To no surprise the food was both incorrect and cold. I am very dissatisfied with my visit and would love to hear back from whomever.
