We got there at 7:00 so I get it but the chicken was raw and that is inexcusable.

Had to keep asking what the person said they wouldn't speak into the mic could not understand what they were saying they needed to speak loud and clear to people at the drive-thru. Pulled around to get the food and it was the same thing at the window like they were speaking a different language. Definitely not clear English. Another person who hates her job.

Vegetarian options: Hire people that can look at you in the 👀 and speak clearly.

Kid-friendliness: Not really 😞

This place wasn't just dirty but it looks like it has been falling apart for years. I managed fast food all through college and don't understand how this place hasn't lost it's franchise license if this is up to Wendy's standard.

Food quality was horrible I understand the food light but food tasted like it was under the light since the start of lunch, Food was delivered in under fifteen minutes so that’s not a factor, Did not receive desired items and food came packaged in individual bags? I did not understand that one but would not recommend ordering from here unless you are physically in the store

Fries were cold. We walked in and while there was multiple employees standing around the register, it seemed like no one wanted to take the order. Even the manager of the shift walked up to the register and still didn’t even tell us hello or took our order. They gave us our cups, but the drink machine was broken. We had to call for help, and the girl who made our drinks seemed irritated and bothered.

Very sweet person at the counter. But the only Frosty they had was vanilla and the bathrooms were mustt, dirty, kind gross. Men's room door was swollen from water damage and wouldn't close, faucets covered with white scale.

Kid-friendliness: Great for kids. Affordable specials make it a family-friendly restaurant. Feed four for about $20.

The food was cold and not fresh. But it was late. Just it was the second time in a row we ate Wendy's and it was cold. The food wasn't made to order. These were already packaged up and put under the heat lamp and just bagged up when someone orders it. I need to remember to request special order things next time like no mayo or salt free fries. The nuggets I don't mint heating up bc they won't get hard in my conventional over. I do not own a microwave. I don't mind having to eat burgers that were sitting a while once in a while but it's nice to have hot food that tastes fresh most of the time. Good thing I rarely eat fast food.

The lady talking our order was horrible. we went to the restroom first because we had been on the road for 10 hours.She really wasmad that I was trying to feed five people on a budget. That's literally Why We stopped there. Cheap fast food. Tables were disgusting and all around a crappy environment.If youhate your job go apply somewhere else. I thanked her anyway as I left cause I know people suck,but We weren't sucky as I could have matched her attitude.We werejust hungry and tired and wanted biggie bags.

Two combo meals. Over 30 bucks for 2 marginally warm burgers. It was dark when I arrived. No parking lot lights, the sign was damaged and unlit. Won't return.
