Absolutely disgusting and employee need to find something else if they aren't happy with their job. I hope they never forget it's the customers that pay their wage. Without customers you won't make a red cent! Went to order and stood up there at least 3-5 minutes before getting acknowledged. They while waiting I decide to go to the restroom and the female worker was sitting on the commode with the door open and I just ignored her and went to the other stall and about faced because someone left on the seat ? and as I was walking out she told me that I'm the only female employee working so please overlook me. Then she came out the restroom to wait on us and then she decide to go and clean the restroom before waiting on us. So we looked at each other and decide to walk out. I don't understand the concept, your unhappy and not willing to pull your load, stay home or go find another job.

Stopped for lunch pn my way to new Orleans and when asked for Ketchup the guy gave me 2 packs for 4 guys. I said come on man, can i get a few more. He got upset and mumbled few cursed words. I asked whats up anf he immediately got set up and threatened to fight me, came out on driveway and started racial slurs and told me "he'd shoot me on sight next time". Wendy's employees came outside and told him to go inside. He then proceeded to say we pulled a gun on him, when he was the one acting out of line, telling us he'd shoot us on sight next time and coming outside of the stablishement after us to try to fight us.2023 and this ppl still around uneducated. Smh

Went on yesterday for a quick stop, staff was nice lobby was clean and service was fast.
The food is what you would expect. They were out of what we wanted to originally order, but the service wasn't good. It seemed like it bothered them that we were ordering.

This is consistently the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Poor service, wrong orders EVERY SINGLE TIME. Today every single item wrong. Drinks and food. And food was cold. Like yesterday cold. I can only imagine how filthy and unsanitary inside. This location off our main freeway is the most critical location. And it is consistently poor service.

Food was ok, service was pretty sub-par. Didn't get napkins or ketchup with our order, or even asked for sauce. Went inside to get some and they didn't have the cups to pump ketchup into. The both bathrooms were an absolute disaster zone.

We stopped on our way through Louisiana. It was mid afternoon and the restaurant was not that busy. When we walked up to the counter, we were completely ignored. I was ready to leave, but my wife is more patient. Finally the manager said she would be with us in a minute, and then turned and walked away. Eventually, someone else came and took our order, but it took forever for our food. All the while, cars in the drive through were getting their orders. Watching others as they came in to order, is was obvious that the crew treated some people much better than others and the obvious difference was race. This is deplorable.
