My server was good. The food was just ok. The workers were way too loud and there word choices were poor, while they were being loud. Very unprofessional. That made for an uncomfortable atmosphere.
My sister and I went here for lunch and the atmosphere was great as soon as we walked in. The music they had playing was great. Our server was so sweet and checked on us multiple times. We didn't have to wait very long for our drinks and food. Also I give 5 starts to our server as well. She was amazing.
Served food with expired ingredients.....The appetizer Queso dip tasted like been in the fridge for days, then warmed in microwave. Mash potatoes tasted funny as well, like rotten milk. My wife's entree was supposed to be spicy and yet it was very sweet, but was advertised spicy. My wife and I chose this location because they were less busy than other restaurants. We can see why. Seems like their walk-in needs an overhaul.Using old and expired ingredients your business will fail quickly. Freshness is important.
It's been a while (years) since I've eaten here, but I will put it back on my list of places to go! Our waitress Amber was very friendly and attentive, other staff seemed friendly as well, the food was good, and the restaurant was neat and clean. Overall, it was a pleasant place to eat and visit with friends!
My steak was supposed to be served with mushrooms, and a sauce on top, I got the steak, no mushrooms or sauce!! My partner ordered a second margarita, the bar tender took so long to make it , we had finished eating and was ready to go!! For what we paid, it was horrible!!!
Loved the service the waitress was good at her job friendly and smiling that made us feel welcome didn't like the one on Mansfield Rd. One the waitress we had made us not wanting to eat at that one ever again and we won't even if it was the only one open here in Shreveport.
This was the worst experience ever! Drinks were just sitting at the bar forever. Appetizer (Spinach/artichoke dip) came right before the food and it was lukewarm. Food came out (Chicken penne pasta) and it was not hot at all. To solve this, all they did was fo and stick everything in the microwave, which messed up the textures and quality of the food even more. Then, I had a very dry, unattentive waitress. I do not recommend going to this Applebee's.
I visited yesterday to grab a quick meal mid afternoon. As only one one of a few patrons, it was quiet; the service was good, the server non distracted and attentive, the food okay. Applebee's needs to up their game and go back to specials and vary their menu options. The appetizers are highly overpriced.
Kid-friendliness: Didn't notice crayons or sheets for younger aged kids
Parking: Ample parking
Wheelchair accessibility: With stairs not really ADA accessible
I wish I could give zero stars.Went to this location for lunch with my husband today.I have a rare food allergy of an ingredient that is used in many products. I know the exact products I should avoid and choose to just avoid them instead of requesting the crew to read labels on every single product. These things are some seasonings, butter and products that have natural food coloring in them for some reds, yellow and orange among other things. I do my homework before I go someone to eat, because this food allergy does end up affecting my breathing sometimes throwing me into an asthma attack. I do not carry an epi pen for this allergy, because I am also allergic to Epi, so I try to be very careful with my allergies. I know some say why not just eat at home... I like to enjoy life sometimes outside of my home as well and should be able to trust the people taking my order to make sure the kitchen knows do not use these in the cooking process there is a food allergy.Stated I can not have something, was told more than once it was not on or in my food. I ate my food and got to the end to notice butter in fact was in my food because it was on my plate. Manager didn't care when told I was starting to have an asthma attack from an allergic reaction. Asked me "do you need a cup of water?" Neither the server or the manager cared about her lack of care with my order request. They are lucky I was able to get the reaction to stop and it didn't send me to the ER. That is a lawsuit waiting to happen.
My boyfriend didn't have a shirt so he had to borrow one of mine it was a little short on his waist and a bartender pointed and laughed at my boyfriend then proceeded to call his 3 cowworkers saying this is why they can't serve people like him .This is not okay .

I didn't get what I ordered and it was supposed to be half priced and wasn't. They didn't do anything about the order that they messed up and we spent $400 for a party of 16th. We won't be eating there anymore!!!
Closes @ midnight, but kitchen is closed at 11:20. Waitress/bartender was very nice, wish we could have blessed her tonight. She can blame her Back of House coworkers
Very friendly and nice staff but the waiter had a short attention span so our drinks came back incorrect. Nice and chill atmosphere thou.
Food was ok..not great. Waitress did an amazing job at making sure we were taken care of
Good food, nice people. Half- off certain appetizers after 9pm. Also would recommend the piña colada if you like sweet drinks.
