The employees don't take pride in their job. 1st visit 2 weeks ago, they forgot the mashed potatoes side, 2nd visit was to pick up replacement food, called to complain about the subpar burnt steak and forgotten broccoli. Manager on duty explained that I was only promised a replacement steak meal. Original meal was the 2 for $25. Even though I didn't get the first meal correct they stood their ground that I was only to receive the single meal steak dinner with only 2 sides even though I should have received 3. While trying to explain this to the manager he said he'd have the general manager call me then he hung up on me. No call back from the manager either. Don't waste your time or money on a business that does not care about taking care of it's customers.

The food was amaziinggg!!? But I ordered the leprechaun drink with liquor and there was a bug in it which totally sucked and I no longer wanted the mixed drink. The bourbon chicken and shrimp I got was awesome and my husband got the tender Mac and cheese meal which he loved!! My waitress was sweet as well, just wish I could've enjoyed my drink.

Always get the burger combo and it hits the spot every time

Togo line is absolutely terrible, of someone places an order at the window ypu have to wait for them to cook and serve their food before they pull away. If cistomers want to order togo at the restaurant have them pull aside so online orders can get and go

The Applebees were n Rogers is tired. There was still Christmas messaging up on the blackboard on MLK Day. It’s dark and dreary. We went in for the $9.99 deal which was ok but not as good as Chilis for $10.99. Very few people in restaurant but they had staff; service was still just mediocre. We’re not going back without a compelling reason.

The Bacon Ranch Crispy Chicken sandwich would've been delicious.......IF........the bottom bun wouldn't have been soaked in grease, so much so it was literally soggy. GROSE!!! BUT!!! Our waitress absolutely positively with out a doubt was the BEST!! J.D. or D.J. we're her initials if I remember correctly. She had the best attitude, and the sweetest smile!! Her personality, though, was just the absolute 💯 best. You could really tell she loved her job and truly enjoyed being there.

This is the second time I've been to this particular location on Mansfield Rd. Don't waste your time or money here. I put in an online order around 7:30 the ticket said it would be done around 8:02. I didn't get my food until an hour later despite the ticket saying the order was completed. I asked several waiters to check and they said it would be right out but that never happened. I ordered nachos and they only gave me chips and a cup of ground beef. I had quesadillas for the kids that came with fries and a milk and only got the quesadilla. And on top of that my soda was flat. Trust me you will have such a better experience at literally any other restaurant. This one sucks! I wish I could give them 0 stars. Never going here again.
