Stopped by on a Thursday with my sister and bestfriend. Great customer service, our server was Derrick he is amazing loved that he was so sweet made sure our food was great and didn't wait long at all. I will most definitely be coming back the staff there is amazing as well. Thanks for the good customer service!!!

Theres always some kind of game on, football, basketball etc and there's always that table that screams and hollers constantly. It's happened every time I've been there. They have really good drinks and drink specials. Appetizers are always on point!

We stopped by for a quick dinner since we haven't ate at Applebee's in a very long time. Restaurant wasn't too busy and everything looked clean. Our waitress was fast, courteous, & had patience with us. We ordered our dinner & it came out pretty fast. Our food was pretty good. The broccoli was double steamed, the way we requested it. The steak was medium & cooked just right. The strawberry daiquiri was strong, no complaints there. But overall, this was a pleasant experience & somewhere we will visit again.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu

I walked in no one to greet me. Waiting 10 minutes before someone came over I asked about the Togo process. She had to ask someone came back 5 minutes to tell me I would have to make order inside or the app. I couldn't use the drive through. I sat at the bar while workers walked around 20 minutes have pass no one has to take my order ? so sad very unprofessional staff.WILL NOT BE COMING HERE WHEN IM IN TOWN!!!

I have traveled 46 states and have had my fair share of Applebee's Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp and today 29 March 2024 Shreveport Louisiana Mansfield Rd location was my ABSOLUTE worst experience. My food came out setting in literally a puddle of grease and I guess butter. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. I mentioned it to my sever however me personally I do not trust complaining and sending your food back so I took one for the team. As for the atmosphere? I sat at the bar and the bartender was nice and attentive but I had it known to her that I was totally dissatisfied with my meal. Oh I'm still on atmosphere right? The music was ABSOLUTELY TOO LOUD. You would have thought you were at Applebee's 2:00AM after party. Truth be told, I will probably NEVER visit this location again. I can't believe I cannot post pictures to this review....ugghhh.

It took forever before someone (anyone/everyone) even greeted us after we entered the restaurant. After close to 10 minutes, we were about to leave. Needless to say, we finally got seated and ate, in which our waiter was attentive for the most part.Our table was dirty, so we had to ask the waiter to clean it (at any restaurant, tables should be cleaned, BEFORE YOU SEAT THE CUSTOMER, in which you would think the waiter/waitress would clean the area without the customer(s) having to ask.

Food quality has suffered over the recent years. Waitress was very accommodating and friendly however we had to wait at least 15 to 20 minutes for drink refills.
