Unfortunately the scoops were way undersized. My two scoop Sunday was about 1 scoop of ice cream total, if that. Got about 7 total scoops and 2 of them seemed okay in size.

Awesome place to enjoy manu delicious flavors ice cream. Associate, Deon, was great assisting us. Store in a great location.
Parking: Plenty of parking, in which other stores share the parking.
Kid-friendliness: Many exciting flavors and creative cake-decorating.

Went to get an ice cream cake for my daughter’s 18th birthday. We went out to eat first & came bk 2.5 hrs later to get the cake but nothing had been done since we left. I took the cake without any writing on it because we had a house full of people waiting to cut n2 the cake.Moral of the story. Do NOT leave until the final touches are completed because out of sight, out of mind.

A Mr Jacob helped me and was great. They seemed to busy for only having one person behind the counter but Jacob took on the work well.
I decided to order a quart of ice cream for mom and myself. Placed order on doordash . I ordered mint chocolate chip for me and butter pecan for my mom. I especially liked the pink spoon ? included in my bag. Very good in a prepackaged container

This is a long post. I called this location to see if they could design a retirement cake for me. I was told to email them, and they would let me know. An email was sent, and 5 days later, there was no response. So I went to the store and explained everything. I was told they could do it and was given a pick-up time. I went to pick up the cake the night before the event, and the writing was upside down. I was told no one at that store could fix it, and I would have to take it to Youree Dr. I proceeded to Youree Dr and was told that they could not fix it, and if they tried, it would be a mess. At this point, it was late and storming, so I went back to Pierremont and got a refund. If they did not know which way the writing should have gone, they had all my contact information and could have called.

There is nothing bad to say about Baskin Robbins! That is the go to place for ice cream, and they have a very good selection to choose from. It took me 20 minutes and a couple of samples later to decide what I wanted, which was a waffle cone with a scoop of pralines and cream and a scoop of strawberry cheesecake! Talk about good stuff!!! I will definitely be going back to visit them again in the near future!

Needs more flavors...and plz keep the Gum Ice Cream in stock! I'm having withdrawals..Also, need better lactose options... Clean place though, not as crowded as other BR. (Pierremont Location)
