Went to get an ice cream cake for my daughter’s 18th birthday. We went out to eat first & came bk 2.5 hrs later to get the cake but nothing had been done since we left. I took the cake without any writing on it because we had a house full of people waiting to cut n2 the cake.Moral of the story. Do NOT leave until the final touches are completed because out of sight, out of mind.

I decided to order a quart of ice cream for mom and myself. Placed order on doordash . I ordered mint chocolate chip for me and butter pecan for my mom. I especially liked the pink spoon ? included in my bag. Very good in a prepackaged container

I ordered my ice cream and had it delivered by a dasher. This ice cream is delicious anytime but especially on a triple digit day . The butter pecan was ordered for my mom she enjoyed hers as well with pecans . The store provided us with pink spoons making it just so sweet as I enjoyed each spoonful . Yes, pink is my favorite color.

We walked into this restaurant at 12 o'clock on a Friday. We saw a lady working looking at the cake station, didn't even acknowledge the fact we were in the store. So we waited another 5 minutes or so and looked behind the counter to see a second woman just sitting down doing nothing. Very rude service and would not recommend coming here especially if you want quality service.

This is a long post. I called this location to see if they could design a retirement cake for me. I was told to email them, and they would let me know. An email was sent, and 5 days later, there was no response. So I went to the store and explained everything. I was told they could do it and was given a pick-up time. I went to pick up the cake the night before the event, and the writing was upside down. I was told no one at that store could fix it, and I would have to take it to Youree Dr. I proceeded to Youree Dr and was told that they could not fix it, and if they tried, it would be a mess. At this point, it was late and storming, so I went back to Pierremont and got a refund. If they did not know which way the writing should have gone, they had all my contact information and could have called.

There is nothing bad to say about Baskin Robbins! That is the go to place for ice cream, and they have a very good selection to choose from. It took me 20 minutes and a couple of samples later to decide what I wanted, which was a waffle cone with a scoop of pralines and cream and a scoop of strawberry cheesecake! Talk about good stuff!!! I will definitely be going back to visit them again in the near future!

I always come here to get me and my son kid cones. I asked them to make my sons come small bc obviously I don’t want him to have too much sugar. Every single time it’s bigger than mines. I don’t understand can you not hear me. While I’m watching you make the cone I state that it’s perfect as is and you still go back in to enlarge the scoop. Me and my son walk out and his cone is visibly larger than mines. Really frustrates me bc I know I’m not asking much, actually trying to save you money.
