Usually have good experiences here, but today was disgusting. The employee behind the counter wasn’t wearing gloves and touched my wife’s and my ice cream with his bare hands. When I asked about it, he said “it’s not policy” and that he “just washed his hands.” He also complained that gloves make scooping harder. This is completely unacceptable. Food safety basics aren’t optional. Management needs to train their staff properly before someone gets sick.

Great spot with awesome customer service! The place always smells amazing, and the prices are fair. Only downside is parking can be tough, but definitely worth it. I’ll be back!
