The staff at this store, it's amazing. They always make the best ice cream. We visit this store every week, every week is better than the last. Well worth the trip to Ellerbe Road.

I usually come to this location often and i always get great service and good serving sizes but today was different. Starting off the employees tonight were goofing off behind the counter and playing around. Then the portion size they gave us really did not feel worth what it costs and i was really disappointed. The scoops were not the regular amount we usually get.Normally this is not the case but i did want to address this.

The service is excellent at this location. As soon as we walked in the door, both staff members greeted and welcomed us. Dina was especially wonderful; she gave us recommendations, was very patient with our indecisiveness, and was genuinely friendly and authentic. The ice cream was also delicious.

This location needs training,they seem to be short staffed. I had a hair in my ice cream and the store was a mess. I used to enjoy coming here but it went down hill fast. What happen?

I came in at 9:30 on Sunday February 18th when the sign on door says 10 o’clock closing, the worker was extremely rude telling me she had too much to do to serve me and continued to shoe me away when there was also no one else in the store.

There were 2 flies inside of my daughter’s cone. We got the cone for free with a coupon so we didnt want to go all the way back. Disappointed.

I ordered a graduation cake for my daughter and they spelt her name WRONG!! When we ordered the cake we went over the spelling twice, with the manager, and it was correct on the order form. At the time of pickup it was not, no one in the store "could" fix it and I was told the cake decorator was in Bossier and to have it corrected we would have to come back. HELLO...it's a graduation cake, it's not like we can postpone the party!!! It's ridiculous I spent $80 on a cake I have to try and fix so my daughter isn't upset. If I could give zero stars I would!

I walked in at 9:05pm to get a milkshake and was told they do not make milkshakes after 8pm. Yet the store doesn’t close until 10pm.

Great staff and the ice cream is always fresh!!
