Vanessa did amazing and kept smiling
One of the young ladies working there, Lillian, is always smiling and working to get people served as quickly as possible. I definitely recommend having her as your server, such a nice young lady while also making sure she gets your order correct. I will be coming back to this establishment.

Yesterday I saw an assistant manager training a new employee and I was appalled. He didn’t greet us when we came in store and he expected the new employee to know how to do everything although it was her second day. He was rude to her and failed to lead by example. He hid in the back while the line filled up with several customers and instead of helping them he would say “she’ll be with you in a moment”. I will not be coming back to this location

The little,young , blonde boy that works there is so friendly and so nice when we come in. He doesn't even look old enough to work ! Lol. But the establishment is always welcoming and clean 9/10 guys

I’ve been to this location twice and got the best service the first time by two older ladies, but today was awful! Dude was on the phone when I walked in and never even acknowledged me. We made our selections and continued to wait on him. Then he walked to the back still on the phone! We had to go to the restroom, when we came out he was helping a buddy! We left! Unacceptable!
The ice cream was good. But there was this older woman in there belittling a new employee instead of teaching him and guiding him. We have been here many times, but we won't be stopping by anymore.
