Yesterday I saw an assistant manager training a new employee and I was appalled. He didn’t greet us when we came in store and he expected the new employee to know how to do everything although it was her second day. He was rude to her and failed to lead by example. He hid in the back while the line filled up with several customers and instead of helping them he would say “she’ll be with you in a moment”. I will not be coming back to this location

The little,young , blonde boy that works there is so friendly and so nice when we come in. He doesn't even look old enough to work ! Lol. But the establishment is always welcoming and clean 9/10 guys

I’ve been to this location twice and got the best service the first time by two older ladies, but today was awful! Dude was on the phone when I walked in and never even acknowledged me. We made our selections and continued to wait on him. Then he walked to the back still on the phone! We had to go to the restroom, when we came out he was helping a buddy! We left! Unacceptable!

The ice cream was good. But there was this older woman in there belittling a new employee instead of teaching him and guiding him. We have been here many times, but we won't be stopping by anymore.

The staff at this store, it's amazing. They always make the best ice cream. We visit this store every week, every week is better than the last. Well worth the trip to Ellerbe Road.

I usually come to this location often and i always get great service and good serving sizes but today was different. Starting off the employees tonight were goofing off behind the counter and playing around. Then the portion size they gave us really did not feel worth what it costs and i was really disappointed. The scoops were not the regular amount we usually get.Normally this is not the case but i did want to address this.

The service is excellent at this location. As soon as we walked in the door, both staff members greeted and welcomed us. Dina was especially wonderful; she gave us recommendations, was very patient with our indecisiveness, and was genuinely friendly and authentic. The ice cream was also delicious.

This location needs training,they seem to be short staffed. I had a hair in my ice cream and the store was a mess. I used to enjoy coming here but it went down hill fast. What happen?
