We walked in and there was no one there. Not a single employee in sight. The door was unlocked, the sign said they close at 9, so clearly they were supposed to be open. We called multiple times while standing inside—no answer. Anyone could’ve walked in and robbed the place. Completely irresponsible and unacceptable.

So delicious! I tried the Cuddle Bear Cookie shake and it was amazing. I'm not really a chocolate fan so this buttery cookie flavor was so nice to find. I'm always happy with the service and product here 💜

Customer service was absolutely incredible. We were sure what we wanted but she let us taste what we were interested in and was so patient! The milk tea was PHENOMENAL!

We walked in around 1:30 when they opened at 11, none of the tv screens had the menu on it so the girl who worked there started turning it on when we came in. We were going to order and the girl was very rude and when we were trying to add boba, she said that the boba wasn’t ready and we had to wait 30 mins. What store opens at 11 and doesn’t even have their boba ready? We just left and will never be coming back. The girl was working on 7/28 around 1.

We went there at 1:30 on a sunday and they didnt even have boba ready its a boba place your supposed have boba ready and when we asked simple questions is the tea made by a tea bag the worker rudely said we just make tea.
