I usually avoid BWW because the service tends to be very slow, but my boyfriend and I went tonight and Brandi was the best waitress. She was so attentive and kind, Brandi deserves a RAISE !!

Note to self, don't go to BWW to get a buzz. Long Island Iced Tea tasted like an Arnold Palmer. Guacamole was unseasoned and was mainly mashed avocado. The salsa tasted like spicy ketchup.

Upon arrival it took an hour to seat our party, then another to take our orders. When I finally got my meal, a classic chicken sandwich without mayo, it had mayo. I asked for a correction, the same sandwich came back with the mayo wiped off. I asked for the manager. He had another cooked. When it was delivered the waitress slammed it on the table and walked away not saying a word to me. This place is not equipped to handle large parties. They got an extra star for giving us a discount for military service.

The waiter acted like she didn't want to be there, took forever to get refills, tge first time I asked and the only time I asked cause I felt like I was bugging her she brought me the wrong drink. Had a drink spell on me, my son beacon was burnt. I had better service at other places. The only good thing that came out of this is the Mgr was very helpful and caring. I would not recommend this place. And we will not be back.

We ate here on 25 Feb 2024. Things were off to a rough start, the hostess walked away as we approached and didn't show up again for several minutes. When she did reappear she was very surly and didn't say a word other than "how many?" She seemed to forget about us twice more and the manager ended up getting our table ready, although he wasn't particularly happy about it.Our server, Kimora, was great though. Very friendly and on the spot.We ordered a variety of wings, they were about as you would expect, the nachos we ordered as an appetizer were burnt though. :(
Every time I’ve ever tried to purchase all flats this has never been an issue. This time even though I’m willing to pay for all flats it’s impossible and I received one flat out of 10. Wings were soggy. They didn’t give me ranch after charging me more than $5 for 4 sides that were supposed to be included with my meals.
