I will probably never order Burger King again. I am so dissatisfied with this Burger King’s quality. Ordered a Krabby Patty bundle to try and the wait was excessive (over 10 mins) and there was no one there. Burgers were cold and the nuggets were fried in old grease (bad after taste). They were not pleasant. The number one thing that was extremely off putting was the floats. This float is supposed to be yellow, ours was a dark green. Photos attached. Not sure how they are getting away with the quality of the food here. Beware, I believe they do this purposely so no one comes back.

Word Unheard

I like this Burger King, and eat there every time I have an oncology appointment. The employees are nice and friendly, which is a stark contrast to most Burger Kings I've been to.

Stay awesome, Shreveport employees. I appreciate everyone of you.

My husband and I ordered the BBQ Brisket burger, and were very disappointed. Patty was smaller than the bun, and where is the Brisket? Why does this sandwich cost $7.99 if you only put 1 teaspoon of Brisket on a regular burger? This is ridiculous! All this excitement for nothing.

I ordered a new BBQ brisket burger and when I looked for the brisket I didn't see it. I took the burger back and the guy in the kitchen lifted the bun and showed me a little spot and said that was the brisket. According to the picture, there should have been a layer of brisket not a little spot so small that you couldn't even tell what it was let alone taste it. I'm sorry, but that's FALSE ADVERTISING to the fullest extent.

I feel like they get something wrong/missing 80‰ of the time but they are super nice and helpful about it when you explain something was wrong/missing. I did have to go through the drive thru 3 times last time due to a missing item and then the incorrect replacement. However again super nice during all exchanges.
