Ordered for delivery and did not get what I asked for. Ordered a spicy crispy and got a regular crispy. That would've been fine but what led me to leave this review was that the chicken patty was so little, old or undone and so hard I couldn't even bite through it. Such a disappointment.

This location is absolutely horrible. I ordered the fish sandwich. It was darker than me, greasy and tasted burnt. After they called my name for my food, I retrieved it, walked to a table and sat down. Fries cold. COLD. When I returned the food I said the fish tasted as if it had been doubled dipped. The MANAGER yelled back to the kitchen, "this customer said your food is nasty and tastes like you double dipped it." I see why the store has the issues it does. 3 other people returned food while I was there. -5

We had to find a bathroom at 9pm and spent 30 minutes going place to place swerving through traffic trying to find somewhere with a public bathroom. To our horror there was nowhere… after believing there is no hope we came across Burger King, “wow, could this be the one? “ we then went and asked if they had a bathroom at the window and they.. said… YES! We had finally found a bathroom and thanks to the amazing people for letting us use it!
Best Breakfast and dining experience you could have !!! Wonderful Ladies full of Hospitality and Southern Charm. Food is Always excellent, warm atmosphere, Clean and tidy from the dining room to the restrooms.

Did not give me what I ordered! Fish was not fresh, lettuce was wilted and brown! And can not follow simple directions, I said no tomato, and guess what there was a tomatoes?? I also ordered onion rings, did not offer me onion rings sauce? I felt like my food was going to be a disappointment, when I asked for fresh fish, the manager with the long weave and wearing the blue button down had an attitude! Will not be going back to this location. 07/18/24 @ 12pm

The food is good enough for me to keep coming back and the staff are usually friendly. Other than that, I have issues with the fact they seem to close early at random. I’m within walking distance and since I usually just walk to get there, I would expect to be able to sit in the lobby. Especially at 5pm, but no, their lobby was closed at this time, yet the place was still open. I’ve also ordered from them on doordash, and I’ve been told they were closed despite already ordering from them…at 7pm. A little weird for them to close that much earlier than they’re supposed to.
Edit: I’ve since lowered my review to one star (previously it was three.)
This location specifically has an issue with their staff. I understand not getting paid enough to care, but being unable to do what you ARE getting paid for is ridiculous.
