Everytime I come to this location nothing but rudeness. Today walked to door at 1015 am door is locked employees on the otherside of the door never said anything just continue their conversation. Dont unlock door nothing. No wonder McDonald's is so busy next door

We came through the drive thru to see that we were the only one there, should have turned around and went to McDonalds, but we were really wanting burger king, went through the drive thru, got are order right and done pretty smooth, but when we got the bag, the fries were to the point of breaking my teeth, and the food was cold, I mean good to feed my dog and chickens but, nothing for us, so I recommend they hire some people who actually give two stars for their job, or shut down and let a chicken place take over and get better business, or even a vape shop, who knows, better tighten up, or their gonna repo you to the vape and chicken people.

Drive Thru give you what they want you to have not what you order.. In the employee defense the drive thru menu says one thing & obviously the register menu says another.. I ordered a Texas Whopper & got something different even when saying it..

It was 845pm and as we walked up an employee stated the lobby was closed. Drove around , ordered a trio with an orginal chicken sandwich with tomatoes and 2 fries and a Lg Whopper with cheese and Lg onion rings. Employee Barely spoke, gave us a total- drove around to pay- no receipt, no paper. Asked us to pull to front and brought bag out, no thanks for waiting, have a good night.. nothing… gave us the bag and went back. Food wasn’t even hot, no napkins and order wasn’t right.. sandwiches thrown together…horrible service tonight. It used to be way better than this, not sure what happened.

Customer service was very good! The young lady in the drive thru told me of a deal I could get based on what I ordered, which saved me a couple dollars! The food was out in a timely manner and was greeted with a smile!

This whole crew needs to go.....none of them seemed like they wanted to be there anyways....I ordered online and sat in the drive thru for 25 mins to get a half filled fry and a cold burger. Last 2 times it was like this. Tuesday August 12 at 745pm. Pines road crew needs to go!!

Okay this might be the worst managed Fast food store I've ever seen. First I went in and there are only 2 people in the back visibly working. They were doing great with what they had to work with honesty. Second they were out of stock on a lot for being mid day. Chicken patties, Ice, and over half of the syrups for the soda machine. Also it was hot in the store like the ac was struggling to keep up. Managers need to pick up their weight this location was not always struggling like this.

It’s been 10 minutes and I’m still waiting on my burger and fries. I was told to pull around to the parking lot where 6 other cars were waiting on their orders. It’s 10:40 am it’s not even rush hour. I don’t understand how they stay in business or make any profits. Just got my food, 13 minutes.
