10:00am. Always understaffed. One girl doing DT and counter, one cook. That's all we saw. The coke machine only had Lime and Peach Coke. They must not refill it very often to only have the nasty flavors left. My Melt was only about half warm. Yet croissants were melted to the wrapper... We only go there every coupla years to see if it will ever get any better. It doesn't. Always painful.

Terrible Management, The Store is VERY nasty . Cashier with nappy wig sheds hair everywhere including the food . Has an attitude when asked to do her job (BARE MINIMUM). They have roaches EVERYWHERE and i mean everywhere (drink machine, ice cream machine , frozen drink machine ).Store manager steals money out the safe and treats her employees like absolute garbage .Wouldn't recommend eating here or even working here .

Food was ice cold and the guy at the drive thru Archie is very rude. There is no need to curse at anyone for asking for something or calling them dumb. I didn’t even eat my food for fear of getting sick because it’s clear it had been sitting there for a while. The health department needs to stop in for a surprise visit. Don’t waste your money going here.

I was here May 17 & they really messed up my order. I called the main office as I did not receive a receipt the last 3 times I was here. They had carpets rolled up on the floor right inside the door. I almost fell walking inside. The Main office said they would fix the problem and replace my meal, however I had to download "their app" and I never heard anything else from them. Just a bunch more junk emails telling me free this, free that, got transferred to the app and it did nothing.
Dietary restrictions: Stay away. I'm allergic to mustard and they put it on my sandwiches all the time here, then say their receipt printer has no paper.
Kid-friendliness: No. They are rude to everyone.
Wheelchair accessibility: Dangerous! Their handicap ramp is slippery because they wash the inside floors out to the sidewalks..

Terrible experience I can understand an employee having a bad attitude but when the management has support attitude it brings down the value of the establishment. Yes it's just Burger King but we as people all play different rolls in this life that we live in the daytime I'm a truck driver but when I get off of work I'm just an average consumer I'm in the service industry so I have to maintain a professional attitude so that I can obtain various contracts which allows me to feed my family. All I'm saying is I do not recommend this place to anyone if you have the opportunity and you really want Burger King and this area I would search for another one and skip this one Fry's are always cold burgers always cold you ask for it off the brother they look at you like what is that again we're not recommending this establishment employees and management have poor attitudes and they will argue with you so do not say the wrong thing I had a very bad experience I believe her name was Jordan. This is a grown woman has to be in her 40s no respect whatsoever she made a mistake I asked her about it she refused to acknowledge it then she proceeded to tell me to take it or leave it either you wanted or you don't so I left

This place used to be ok. Today we went for lunch 8/26/24 and burger was pink, had half a bottle of mustard and mayonnaise on it, and a wet bun. Straight up gross. I love BK but this was garbage. They also started to ask people to pull to the front door to keep those times down. We were the only car in line.
Tried to order breakfast, no one at the drive thru. Drove around the building to find the staff in the parking lot!
