No one in the drive thru, but I was handed my food like there was 50 cars.Everyone knows burger king is not most peoples choice so at the LEAST customer service should be outstanding.Yet again, less than zero is the best they could offer

Is there something that doesn't fit me because after seven at night you can no longer eat in the place if it says open on the map? And why do they get angry if someone comes to pick up an order? The truth is that I have not been comfortable with the food, sometimes when I go to pick it up it has been cold and that's why when I get to pick it up I am going to eat it only 3 minutes later and it turns out that the food is already cold before if there is quality in this restaurant I would not recommend:'l

Been eating here once a week for last few weeks as my daughter has practice nearby and it’s the closest place to get a burger… they are so rude every single time! They make u pull around and park even when no cars are behind u. When they got our food wrong they were very rude about it when we asked for it to be fixed. Very unprofessional here !

Hubby decided to surprise me with a Burger as he had found a "deal" on his phone: 2 Burgers, 2 Chicken Sandwiches, Chicken Nuggets, and fries. Got home.... everything EXCEPT the burgers... very disappointed!!!Vegetarian options: The impossible whopper, the one time I tried it, was really good and tasted more like real meat than the real meat burgers.... although it was a little dryer and harder

This experience was poor. The order included food, drinks, and shakes - all ordered to go. The food and drinks were completed in a timely fashion. But, we had to wait 30 MINUTES for the shake machine to be started (this was 11:30am - why was it not already on) and begin working before the shakes could be made. Now the food was cold and the ice in the drinks had melted. Then, the shakes were runny because I guess it wasn't cold enough yet. When trying to get answers on the order status, the woman at the counter was rude and dismissive. They need to do MUCH better.
